Homemade Pizza

Awhile back I posted about the amazing pizza I made here, but didn't post the recipe. So here it is!
Pizza is one of the most popular foods to eat. There is so many pizza places, and pizza brands you can buy in the store. All to satisfy ones craving for pizza. Who doesn't love the combination of warm bread, topped with sauce, and melted cheese? I know I do. I'll be real honest, I must have some Italian in me because I'm a lover of pizza, spaghetti, and pasta. I don't know why, but just the combination of noodles/bread, with sauce and cheese is just pure bliss to me. Whenever I found out I was lactose and gluten intolerant, I wasn't going to never have any of those again. So I decided to make a pizza where you couldn't tell the difference. There are pretty good pre-made gluten free crusts, but they just aren't good enough.

I can honestly say, that this is the best gluten/dairy free pizza I have had so far. Not trying to give myself props or anything. But still. It's really good. The crust is crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I'm more of a deep dish pizza kind of girl. I don't really care for thin crust pizza. So this crust is right in the middle.

And I like a lot of sauce. And cheese. But that's usually it. I don't like to many toppings. Just a plain cheese pizza.
Homemade pizza sounds like a lot of work. But it's honestly not. At least not my recipe.

Gluten/Dairy Free Pizza
Ingredients:

King Arthur Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Bag Dairy Free Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Salt (optional)
Toppings-Any kind you'd like
Pizza Pan or Pizza Stone

Instructions:

Prepare crust as directed on box. Just beat in 3 eggs, vegetable oil, water, and yeast (included). Let rise,in the mixing bowl, covered. Pre-bake the crust. The crust will not be like a typical dough where you roll it out. So don't worry if it seems wrong.
Once your dough is all set and ready to go. Mix Italian seasoning and salt with the sauce and spread it around your dough. Add your cheese and toppings.
And it's all ready to bake!
It's so simple, and the crust doesn't take that long and has little ingredients to add to it. You'll have a pizza in no time.
