Take Care Of Yourself- A health update


So a health update:
Last week I started to drink more water everyday. I have tried to always drink a lot of water. But often, I just don’t. So I made it a point to have one to two glasses with each meal. And a half a glass in between. My goodness did it make me feel better. I felt so much more hydrated. I can defiantly tell my body needed more water. But the more water I drink, the more toxins I flush out of my body. So I think I have made my symptoms worse just because I’m trying to flush things out…
