A Small Glimpse Of What I Eat Daily

I really need to start getting used to taking pictures of my food that I eat daily. I have an iphone with a perfectly good camera. But for some reason it slips my mind to take pictures. I will get the hang of it soon enough! Today I did remember off and on though. So here it is. You say, you only had two meals?! Yes, one thing that still really hurts my stomach is eating a lot. Some mornings when I wake up, I know that I will not be able to handle eating a lot. So I try to eat slow, and only when I get super hungry. Along, with my two meals, I drink as much water as I can. Mostly when I remember. But I try to have about 6 glasses a day. And these a big glasses too.
I absolutely LOVE breakfast. It has always been my favorite meal. I will eat a huge breakfast over any other meal. Typically I’ll eat a big breakfast, then have smaller meals the rest of the day. There is just something about breakfast that I have always loved. It might be because my dad would always try to make me a special breakfast when I was younger…well probably because he knew I wasn’t a morning person and wanted to start my day off good. Anyways, when I have a good breakfast, it usually helps me feel better throughout the day. A typical meal for me would be, scrambled eggs on toast(gluten free), and some spinach. I always drink water in the morning. But on special occasions, I love pancakes. Actually, I love all breakfast foods. French toast, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, omelets, oatmeal, and so on. The only thing I don’t care for. Is cereal. Weird right? If I eat cereal. It’s dry, and I’ll have a cup of almond milk. I just hate mixing the two. That one I can’t explain. This morning, in honor of Valentine’s Day, I made Caleb Coconut Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Yes, these were gluten and dairy free!
Of course I just had to make them heart shaped ;)
