10 Ways To Use Apple Cider Vinegar

I’m excited to say that my first day back on my diet has gone really well! I haven’t wanted to much sweet stuff, that’s a plus. I just think my body doesn’t know what I’m doing yet ;)
But so far, so good. I’ve been feeling good, besides I think I’m battling some bug. You would think I can’t tell the difference between being sick, and just my normal stomach issues. But I can certainly tell. My naturopathy doctor told me to really pay attention to my body. And I have. It’s crazy to actually pay attention to your body and how you feel. One thing I have noticed, is when we have crappy weather. I feel worse and I ache all over. I used to think nothing of it, until I began noticing a pattern. I have no explanation as to why this happens. It just does. The weather here today has been so dreary, and really cold. Two things I hate. But it does make it a good day to cuddle on the couch and drink hot tea. It’s even better when you have someone to cuddle up with :)
I feel really good today knowing that I haven’t given into things I’m not suppose to have. I had my favorite dinner. Chicken, brown rice, and veggies. It’s a classic easy dinner, that’s just a staple to me. It’s my comfort food!
Anyways, I wanted to share about Apple Cider Vinegar. You’re probably familiar with it. Or some type of vinegar. I have recently noticed that 100% natural Apple Cider Vinegar, such as Braggs, has been popping up as an all natural remedy for multiple things. We keep Braggs vinegar in the house. The real kind that contains “the mother”…that thing seriously creeps me out. I just shake it up and try not to think about it. Oh, and the smell, it’s just a smell that you notice right away. It’s a haven’t washed your feet in ages stinky feet smell. Yes, I’m trying to get used it. But I don’t see that happening anytime soon. So what’s so great about Apple Cider Vinegar? A LOT!
